We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. On normal business days, orders for in-stock items will ship within one week of purchase, usually sooner. It's rare for most products to be out of stock, but if they are due to unexpected surges in demand or limited supply, we will do our best to indicate the out-of-stock item on our website.
US Orders:
US online orders will be shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) via the method you select during checkout.
US APO/FPO addresses are considered US addresses and are subject to the above rates.
We do not ship to USPS Post Office (PO) boxes on any product or shipping method.
For larger orders, we recommend using UPS because it provides better tracking of high-value shipments from the shipping location to the customer's door, and UPS will notify us of any issues with the order.
International (outside the US) Orders:
We ship orders to new and existing customers worldwide!
Please note: Your purchase will be charged in US dollars. Currency exchange rates fluctuate constantly, and some credit card companies and banks may charge additional fees for international transactions. If you need the exact amount in your currency and/or any additional fees that may apply, please contact your credit card company.

Our website calculates the exact international shipping rates for the items in your shopping cart before you check out. When you place your order, the items and shipping costs are charged once; there's no need for a second transaction like other websites. We are one of the very few e-commerce companies that offer real-time, accurate international shipping rates.
Exact shipping rates for international orders are calculated after the items are added to your shopping cart. Please select your country/region from the drop-down list on the shopping cart page.

Customers are responsible for understanding the legality of the products ordered in their country, including but not limited to prohibited items and quantity restrictions. Please inform yourself of the laws and regulations in your country regarding the products you are considering ordering from us before placing an order.
Customers are responsible for paying any customs fees, duties, or Value Added Tax (VAT) imposed by their country. Shipping costs are not refundable for orders rejected or returned by customs or the customer.
Currently, we are unable to ship to the following countries due to customs bans and/or unreliable postal systems: Azerbaijan, Croatia, Cuba, Cyprus, Ghana, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Mexico, North Korea, Malaysia, Nigeria, Romania, Sri Lanka, Syria, Uganda, and Ukraine.
