Return & Refund Policy

We strive for complete customer satisfaction with every product we sell. We take pride in the quality of our products and want to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any unused product within 15 days of purchase for a refund of the remaining purchase price. You may also request an exchange or replacement product equal to your refund, shipping costs included. Filter systems (including replacement filters) may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a 15% restocking fee and return shipping.

Note: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number, which we will promptly issue for eligible orders. Simply click the link below to download our Etovfzfd request form, print it, complete the required information, sign it, and email it to us. You will receive an email confirming your request and including your Etovfzfd authorization number. Please be sure to include a copy of this Etovfzfd authorization email with your package, mark your Etovfzfd authorization number on at least two sides, and then mail it to the return address we provide.

Your return must be mailed within 15 days of the Etovfzfd number being issued. You are responsible for the return shipping costs to Etovfzfd, unless the product is being returned due to a defect or other error on our part, in which case we will provide further instructions. We do not accept cash on delivery. We recommend using UPS or insured mail for returns, as we are not responsible for items damaged in transit or unable to reach our warehouse.

Once we receive your returned item with the correct Etovfzfd number, we will promptly process your refund. Please understand that if your original order qualified for "free shipping," your credit will be reduced by the original shipping costs. We will issue a credit or refund within 10 days of receiving the returned item.

Returns for any item are limited to one opened, partially used packaging. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we cannot offer refunds for perishable items; therefore, please order with caution and only order the quantity you need.
